Biotin is known also as Coenzyme R or as vitamin H. There are a total of 8 forms of biotin but just one - D-biotin - is found naturally. Most commonly it is known as vitamin H, as there is a clear lack of it on the human skin. Biotin is a natural part of a diet, it is a water dissolvable vitamin and for a human it is very important from many different aspects.

Biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, and normal macronutrient metabolism. It also supports psychological activity and the maintenance of normal hair, mucous membranes, and skin.

As a water-soluble vitamin, it is naturally processed by the body and is not stored in concentrated amounts, making regular intake essential for maintaining optimal levels.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet twice a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 2 tablets: Filler: calcium phosphate; thickener: vegetable cellulose; stabilizer: crosslinked carboxymethylcellulose sodium; defoaming agent: vegetable stearic acid; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; biotin 600 μg (1.200 % of nutrient reference value).

Precautions
It is not designed for children. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
