INGREDIENTS – 1 SERVING (60 g)
Dried, lightly crushed sprouted oatmeal (26.9 g), freeze-dried banana powder (9.0 g), dried wolfberry fruit (7.2 g), coconut milk powder (7.2 g), crushed Piedmontese nuts (6.3 g), roasted, ground carob (2.7 g), mixed Pumpkin spice (0.5 g), mulberry chrysanthemum petals (0.15 g), dried lemon powder, unrefined salt.

USE AND DOSAGE
Pour 60 g of porridge (3–4 tablespoons) into a bowl and add 160–180 mL of hot water (90°C) or (plant-based) milk. Cover and let stand for 2–3 minutes. Add fruit, nuts, seeds, yoghurt or cottage cheese to taste.

STORAGE
Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, at temperatures between 10 and 25°C.
