Ingredients:
Lactose (filler) – 193 mg, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent) – 47 mg, corn starch (filler) – 35 mg, Chuchuhuasi bark (Maytenus macrocarpa) – 20 mg, Lavender stem (Lavandula officinalis) – 15 mg, Fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) – 15 mg, Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) – 15 mg, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) – 7 mg, hypromellose (filler) – 3 mg.

Dosage:
Recommended daily dose for adults: 1–3 tablets per day.
Maximum daily dose for adults: 3 tablets daily.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, or drink beverages except plain water. If taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, observe a 1–5 minute interval between uses. The tablets may be dissolved in the mouth or taken with water, preferably at regular intervals.
