Ingredients:
20% ethanol, mixture of plant macerates: cream of tartar - leaf (Taraxacum officinale), goldenrod - stem (Solidago virgaurea), hyssop - stem (Hyssopus officinalis).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
