Uses of the natural dietary supplement Skeletin
The natural product Skeletin contains the active ingredient collagen, which maintains healthy joints.

Nettle ensures normal bones, hair and nails, supports skin health and wound healing. The health of the bladder and kidneys is ensured by rosehip, which also acts as an antioxidant and supports the body's natural defences.

Sepia bone powder, collagen, fish oil, stinging nettle stem and leaf extract, manganese sulphate, rosehip fruit extract.

Skeletin is a bioinformation product containing unique natural substances, especially manganese, which supports normal bone health and connective tissue formation.

Ingredients 1 capsule:
Soybean oil, gelatin capsule, cuttlebone powder (105 mg), glycerin - thickener, collagen (55.1 mg), fish oil (43.1 mg), water, stinging nettle stem and leaf extract (18.5 mg), glycerol monostearate - filler, manganese sulfate (0.6 mg of manganese per capsule, i.e. 30% RHP*), rosehip fruit extract (12.3 mg), beeswax - polishing agent, caramel - natural colour, lecithin - emulsifier. *RHP reference intake value

Recommended dosage:
2-2-1 capsules daily, preferably after meals. After three weeks of use, take 1 week off. We recommend increasing fluid intake while taking the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Warning:
This product is not intended for persons hypersensitive to bee, soy and marine products. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Consult your physician for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Dietary supplements are not intended for use as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage method:
Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at 10-25°C. Protect from frost. Keep out of reach of children.
