Serenoa repens - Saw Palmeto is a low palm, which is found in North America - forests of Florida.
Native Indians used to use the leaves of this palm because of that they didn't know what prostate problems were. Saw Palmeto helps the flow of urine and is important for maintaining a healthy and stable bladder, especially for men over the age of 45. It is recommended as a source of fatty acids for maintaining reproductive functions and supports the growth of hair.
Other effective effects - Cucurbita pepo helps the bladder function better and has positive effects on prostate.
Added vitamin E adds extra protection for cells against oxidative stress.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule twice a day.
