This remarkable tiny hairy medicinal plant originally originated on the sandy seashores of China and Japan, from where it spread to arid regions around the world. Although it is typically a weedy species, it is also cultivated deliberately for the pharmaceutical industry, as it has a very wide range of uses and a variety of positive effects on the human body.

Tribulus terrestris is sought after for its unmistakable effect on the reproductive organs and hormonal activity. It ensures the normal function of the urinary system.

Tribulus terrestris (earth anchor) supports hormonal activity and sexual vitality. It has a beneficial effect on sexual health and performance.

Ingredients:
Dried crushed stem of Tribulus terrestris

Preparation:
For every 30 kg of body weight, pour ½ teaspoon (0.5 g) of the dried extract into 0.25 litres of boiling water and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.

Dosage:
Take half an hour before meals, divided into 2-3 daily doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage (max. 2 g per day)!

Caution:
Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Consult your physician for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Do not take if anaemic. Dietary supplements are not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is recommended to consume within 3 months after opening.

Storage:
Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at 10-25°C. Protect from frost. Keep out of reach of children.
