Uncaria tomentosa - tea, 80 g

The tea decoction from the bark and bark of the woody liana "cat's claw" has been used for generations by Native Americans in folk medicine. Cat's claw helps to improve the body's defenses. Dosage:
Place 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal blend in 750 ml of boiling water.
Drink daily for 3 weeks followed by a week's break. You can repeat the whole process 3 times

Recommendations:

1. Preparation: Put 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into 750 ml of boiling water, boil for 2-3 minutes and strain immediately. Alternatively, pour 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into a 750 ml container, cover with boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Strain the infused tea before drinking. 3. Detoxification: Drink 750 ml daily for 3 weeks followed by a one week break. The whole process can be repeated 3 times. Detoxification is slower, the body is pre-cleansed and after 3 weeks repeat the 3 week cure.
