Calcium helps clotting of blood and supports the energetic metabolism, muscle activity, nervous system, function of enzymes, bones and teeth. Also the aids in the multiplication of cells.

Magnesium helps with fatigue and supports the electrolytic balance, energetic metabolism, nervous system, muscles, synthesis of proteins, psychological activity, state of bones and teeth.

Zinc supports the normal metabolism of acids, metabolism of carbohydrates, synthesis of DNA, macronutrient metabolism, fatty acids metabolism, vitamin A metabolism, synthesis of proteins, state of bones, hair, nails, skin, sight and the immune system.

Vitamin D helps with the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and their usage throughout the human body.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet twice a day.

Contents of 2 tablets: Calcium (calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate) 666 % mg (83 % NRV*); magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium gluconate) 267 mg (71 % NRV*); emulsifier: vegetable cellulose; stabilizer: carboxymethylcellulose; tablet coating: cellulose; dye; zinc (zinc gluconate, zinc citrate) 17 mg (167 % NRV*); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 5 µg (100 % NRV*).
