Recommended dosage
1 softgel twice a day.

Contents of 2 softgels: Rice bran oil; coenzyme Q10 200 mg; polishing agent: soybean oil; L-Carnitine 40 mg; soy lecithin 30 mg; polishing agent: bee wax. Gelatin softgel.
