The use of Maytenus ilicifolia herbal tea

Dried and chopped stem/leaf of espinheira santa (Maytenus ilicifolia)

Preparation and recommended dosage
cover 3 teaspoons of Maytenus ilicifolia with ¾ liter of boiling water; boil for 3 minutes and strain. Divide ¾ litre of the infusion into 2-3 daily doses. After three weeks, discontinue application for one week. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!

Dosage:
¾ liter of decoction divided into 2-3 daily doses. After 3 weeks of use, take a break for 1 week. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!Warning:
