Maytenus Ilicifolia Tea 150g Traditional South American Herbal Support

Recommendations:
1. Preparation: Put 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into 750 ml of boiling water, boil for 2-3 minutes and strain immediately. Alternatively, pour 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into a 750 ml container, cover with boiling water, cover the container and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Strain the infused tea before drinking. The tea can be sweetened with honey for flavour.
