Use of the herbal tea Chanca Piedra
This small, unobtrusive plant is called the “stone-breaker“ by the indigenous people of Amazonia. It grows naturally in Central America, as well as India and Southeast Asia. It was here that it became known as an important medicinal herb in traditional Ayurvedic medicine. Chanca Piedra may help maintain healthy functioning of the digestive tract* and the stomach’s pH balance. It may support kidney excretion**. It may have a positive effect on blood pressure*** and blood sugar levels****. It may boost natural resilience.

Active ingredients
Dried and shredded stem/leaf of the gale of the wind (Phyllanthus nirruri) plant.

Preparation and recommended dosage
Drop 2 tablespoons of Chanca Piedra into 1 litre of boiling water; simmer for 5 minutes and strain. Divide 1 litre of the infusion into three daily doses. Drink for the period of one month at least. Do not exceed recommended daily dose!

Chanca Piedra (Phyllanthus niruri) is found in the rainforests of tropical regions of both hemispheres. The name Chanca Piedra can best be translated as 'chamomile' and has been used by indigenous people in folk medicine for this property. It helps the proper function of the urinary tract.

Ingredients:
dried crushed stem of Phyllanthus niruri

Dosage:
Divide 1 liter of decoction into 3 daily doses, sip for at least 1 month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!

Caution:
Not for use by children under 3 years of age. Consult your physician for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Dietary supplements are not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is recommended to consume within 3 months after opening.

Storage:
