The extraordinary effect of Matcha tea is achieved not only by the representation of specific substances created by the shading technique, but also by its enormous concentration. It contains a unique and powerful group of antioxidants known as catechins. Up to 60% of these antioxidants are the important EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate). Matcha tea also contains large amounts of L-theanine - a unique natural amino acid and theophylline.

Ingredients:
finely ground Matcha green tea - 100%

Cold preparation:
Mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with water (2 dl-1l) and stir thoroughly. Can be flavored with honey or fruit syrup.

Hot preparation:
Pour 1/2 to 1 teaspoon into hot water (2 dl) at a temperature of up to 65 °C and mix thoroughly. Can be flavoured with honey and lime. (1 teaspoon = 4 g).

Recommended dosage:
1 teaspoon stirred in a glass of pure, filtered and still water 1-3 times a day (1 teaspoon = 4 g).

Caution:
This product is not intended for children under 3 years of age! During pregnancy, we recommend a maximum of 1/2 teaspoon per day and inform your doctor. The supplements are not intended to be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage!

Storage method:
Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at a temperature of 10-25°C. Protect from frost. Keep out of reach of children!
