Ingredients:
Lactose (filler) – 213 mg, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent) – 47 mg, corn starch (filler) – 35 mg, cranberry fruit (Vaccinium oxycoccos) – 15 mg, horsetail whole plant (Equisetum arvense) – 15 mg, goldenrod inflorescence (Solidago virgaurea) – 5 mg, common heather inflorescence (Calluna vulgaris) – 5 mg, stinging nettle inflorescence (Urtica dioica) – 5 mg, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) – 7 mg, hypromellose (filler) – 3 mg.

Dosage:
Recommended daily dose for adults: 1–3 tablets per day. Maximum daily dose: 3 tablets daily.

Usage:
Do not eat, smoke, or drink beverages other than plain water for 20 minutes before and after use. If taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, keep an interval of 1–5 minutes between doses. Tablets may be dissolved in the mouth or swallowed with water, preferably at regular intervals.
