Ingredients:
Lactose (filler) - 213 mg, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent) - 47 mg , corn starch (filler) - 35 mg, cranberry - cranberry fruit (Vaccinium oxycoccos) - 15 mg, horsetail - whole plant (Equisetum arvense) - 15 mg, goldenrod - inflorescence (Solidago virgaurea) - 5 mg, common heather - inflorescence (Calluna vulgaris) - 5 mg, stinging nettle - inflorescence (Urtica dioica) - 5 mg, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) - 7 mg, hypromellose (filler) - 3 mg.

Dosage:
Recommended daily dose for adults: 1-3 tablets per day. Maximum daily dose for adults: 3 tablets daily. 

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. If take more than one Joalis product at the same time, a 1-5 minute pause should be observed between uses. The tablets may be dissolved in the mouth or taken undissolved with water, preferably at regular intervals.

Storage 
Store at a temperature between 5 and 25 C, out of the reach of children.The preparation should not be exposed to direct sunlight or strong electromagnetic fields. Therefore, do not store it within five centimetres of a microwave oven, refrigerator, television, mobile phone, etc. Close the container tightly after removing the required amount.
