TAURINE 600 STAR contains taurine, a non-essential amino acid, which is involved in metabolic processes in the brain, where it affects the release of neurotransmitters and optimises the transfer of nerve impulses. TAURINE 600 STAR supports blood supply to the brain, enhances the tone of the body, improves physical performance and response, and also prepares the body for increased loads, while preserving the general feeling of well-being. Thanks to all these characteristics, TAURINE 600 STAR is suitable for pre-competition supplementation in all sports. TAURINE 600 STAR is involved in the brain metabolism, especially in the sense of preventing spastic states, it increases mental endurance and performance, facilitates hydration of the body during exercising and it is also vital for the proper utilisation of sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. It plays a significant role in supplementing the loss of potassium in the heart muscle. Recommended dosage
1 tablet twice a day. Athletes from 20 to 40 minutes before exercise.

Contents of 2 tablets: Taurine (form L-Taurine) 1.200 mg; emulsifier: vegetable cellulose; stabilizer: calcium phosphate, polyvinylpyrrolidone; skimmer: vegetable stearic acid; anti caking agent: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; tablet coating: cellulose.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 16 years of age, pregnant and nursing women. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily  dosing.
