Achyrocline satureioides - tea, 80 g

Dosage:
Place 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal blend in 750 ml of boiling water.
Drink daily for 3 weeks followed by a week's break. The whole process can be repeated 3 times

Recommendations:

1. Preparation: Place 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal blend in 750 ml of boiling water, boil for 2-3 minutes and strain immediately. Alternatively, pour 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into a 750 ml container, cover with boiling water, cover the container and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Strain the infused tea before drinking. For flavour, the tea can be sweetened with honey.
2. Use. This is the recommended time; if you wish, you can also enjoy the tea in the evening. However, smaller amounts are recommended.
3. Detoxification: Drink 750 ml daily for 3 weeks followed by a week's break. The whole process can be repeated 3 times. Detoxification is slower, the body is pre-cleansed and after 3 weeks repeat the 3 week cure.
4. Some herbal blends can also be used externally for their positive cosmetic or restorative purposes, as a skin rinse (e.g. Rose, Black-headed or Wild Orange), hair balm (e.g. Stevia) or as a bath (e.g. Rose or Smilax).
