Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: sea buckthorn - fruit (Hipophae rhamnoides), burdock - root (Arctium lappa), blackcurrant - leaf (Ribes nigrum), lemon balm - stem (Melisa officinalis), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
