This is a modification of the original traditional Chinese herbal mixture CHU SHI WEI LING WAN, adjusted to meet today’s needs. According to traditional Chinese medicine, this herbal blend is traditionally used when imbalance of spleen qi and dampness may influence skin comfort and overall wellbeing.

In TCM theory, the spleen is associated with transformation of food into energy and with maintaining internal balance of moisture. When this balance is weakened, it may be reflected in skin comfort and digestive wellbeing. Supporting spleen qi and maintaining harmony of dampness and heat is therefore traditionally considered important for overall balance.

This herbal mixture is intended to support skin wellbeing and digestive balance according to traditional Chinese medicine principles. Appropriate lifestyle and balanced nutrition are traditionally recommended as part of maintaining long-term harmony.
