Description according to traditional Chinese medicine: 
This is a modification of the original traditional Chinese herbal mixture BAN XIA HOU PO WAN, adjusted to meet today’s needs. According to traditional Chinese medicine, this formula is traditionally used when emotional strain and lifestyle pressures lead to stagnation of qi and internal imbalance. In TCM theory, smooth movement of qi is associated with emotional harmony, inner calmness and overall wellbeing. When this flow is disturbed, feelings of tension or discomfort may appear both mentally and physically. Supporting the harmony between body and mind is therefore considered an important part of maintaining balance. This herbal blend is traditionally used to support emotional comfort, relaxation and overall harmony according to traditional Chinese medicine principles as part of a balanced lifestyle.

According to TCM practice, the formula may be combined with other herbal mixtures depending on individual needs and overall balance.
