FOLIC ACID STAR is one of the B-range vitamins, essential for the growth and regeneration of cells. Rapidly growing tissues (e.g., those of a human fetus) and those regenerating quickly (e.g., red blood cells and cells of the immune system) are in the great need of folic acid. Folic acid supports the activity of the immune system, reduces the risk of cardiac diseases and colon cancer. Lack of folic acid is associated with various neurological and psychological problems, e.g., insomnia, increased fatigue, depression and memory disorders.

Recommended dosage
1 tablet a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 1 tablet: Stabilizer: calcium phosphate, crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; defoaming agent: vegetable stearic acid; anticaking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; folic acid 800 μg (400 % NRV*). NRV* = nutrient reference values

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 12 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
