Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: yellow gentian - root (Gentiana lutea), plantain - leaf (Plantago lanceolata), cream of tartar - root (Taraxacum officinale), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nicotinamide (niacin), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use do not eat, smoke , drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
