Ingredients:
Finely ground Matcha green tea – 100%

Cold preparation:
Mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with water (2 dl–1 l) and stir thoroughly.

Hot preparation:
Pour 1/2 to 1 teaspoon into hot water (up to 65 °C) and mix thoroughly.

Recommended dosage:
1 teaspoon stirred in a glass of water 1–3 times a day (1 teaspoon = 4 g).

Not intended for children under 3 years of age. During pregnancy, consume in moderation. Dietary supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
