Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: purple coneflower - navel (Echinacea purpurea), mullein - flower (Verbascum densiflorum), fenugreek - seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum), fenugreek - navel, root (Althaea officinalis)

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.

Storage 
Store at a temperature between 5 and 25 C, out of the reach of children. After opening, store at a temperature below 10 C. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight or strong electromagnetic fields. Therefore, do not store it within five centimetres of a microwave oven, refrigerator, television, mobile phone, etc. Close the container tightly after removing the required amount.
