Ingredients:
20% ethanol, fenugreek - seed (Trigonella foenum graecum), blackcurrant - leaf (Ribes nigrum), liquorice - root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), cream of tartar - root, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. 
If taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, a 1-5 minute pause should be observed between uses.

Storage 
Store at a temperature between 5 and 25 C, out of the reach of children. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight or strong electromagnetic fields. Therefore, do not store it within five centimetres of a microwave oven, refrigerator, television, mobile phone, etc. Close the container tightly after removing the required amount.
