Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: celandine goldenrod - stem (Solidago virgaurea), vervain - stem (Verbena officinalis), yarrow - stem (Origanum vulgare), stinging nettle - stem (Urtica dioica), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), biotin

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.

Storage
