Maricha is an Ayurvedic herbal blend intended for preparation as tea. The product contains traditional Himalayan herbs and is designed to complement a balanced diet and daily routine.

Composition
nardostachys jatamansi, ocimum sanctum, zingiber officinale, cinnamomum zeylanicum, withania somnifera, curcuma longa, tinospora cordifolia, piper nigrum, elettaria cardamomum

Recommended Dosage
2–3 cups per day

Preparation
Simmer one teaspoon of the herbal blend (approx. 2 g) for 3–5 minutes or pour over 250 ml of boiling water and allow to infuse for 10 minutes.

Use
Herbal teas can be consumed as part of a daily drinking routine. For preparation, it is recommended to drink the tea warm and preferably before meals.

Note:
Dietary supplement with herbs. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry place up to 25°C. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women.
