Ingredients:
20% ethanol, mixture of plant macerates: common buckthorn - root (Pimpinella saxifraga), capsicum - capsule (Capsella bursa-pastoris), horsetail - capsule (Equisetum arvense).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.

Therefore, do not store it within five centimetres of a microwave oven, refrigerator, television, mobile phone, etc. Close the container tightly after removing the required amount.
