According to TCM principles, it strengthens the spleen-spleen and stomach. It is suitable for year-round use, especially for people with sensitive digestion.

Ingredients - 1 serving (60 g)
Dried sprouted oat flakes - lightly crushed (34.2 g), dried pear - pieces (5.8 g), dried coconut milk (5.8 g), egg protein (5.8 g), panela ground (5.8 g), miso dried (1.9 g), nettle seed (0.4 g), ground vanilla, dried lemon powder, unrefined salt.

Method of use and dosage
Pour 60 g of porridge (3-4 tablespoons) into a bowl and cover with 160-180 ml of hot water (90 °C) or (vegetable) milk. Leave to stand under a lid for 2-3 minutes.
Add fruit, nuts, seeds, yoghurt or cottage cheese etc. to taste.

Storage method:
Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at a temperature of 10-25 °C.
Minimum shelf life until the date on the packaging.
