20% ethanol, mixture of plant macerates, of which: oats - inflorescence (Avena sativa), sage - inflorescence (Salvia officinalis), plantain - leaf (Plantago lanceolata), cranberry - fruit (Vaccinium myrtilus), vervain (Verbena officinalis)

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
