Ingredients:
Lactose (filler) - 213 mg, microcrystalline cellulose (anti-caking agent) - 47 mg , corn starch (filler) - 35 mg, white horehound - inflorescence (Lamium album) - 10 mg, yarrow - inflorescence (Achillea millefolia) - 10 mg, valerian - root (Valeriana officinalis) - 10 mg, lemon balm - flower (Melissa officinalis) - 7,5 mg, thyme - inflorescence (Thymus vulgaris) - 7,5 mg, magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent) - 7 mg, hypromellose (filler) - 3 mg.

Dosage:
Recommended daily dose for adults: 1-3 tablets per day. Maximum daily dose for adults: 3 tablets daily. 

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. If take more than one Joalis product at the same time, a 1-5 minute pause should be observed between uses. The tablets can be dissolved in the mouth or taken undissolved with water, preferably at regular intervals.

When you should not take the product 
During acute illness and severe unpleasant detoxification symptoms. About use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult your doctor.

Storage 
Store at a temperature between 5 and 25 C, out of the reach of children. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight or strong electromagnetic fields. Therefore, do not store it within five centimetres of a microwave oven, refrigerator, television, mobile phone, etc. Close the container tightly after removing the required amount.
