Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C in a sealed container.

Dosage:
The recommended daily dose is 1 scoop (1 g) 1 × daily, preferably added to 3 scoops of Chinese MUDRs Drink in the morning. Children aged 3 to 8 years take half the dose.

Preparation:
Take the recommended dose of powder and mix with about 2 dl of hot water. After mixing, the drink is drunk warm.
