Dried and crushed root of the sarsaparilla plant (Smilax officinalis)
Preparation and recommended dosage
Drop 1 teaspoon of sarsaparilla into 1 liter of boiling water; boil for 3 minutes and strain.
Drink 1 liter of the infusion in small cups throughout the day, but not after 5 p.m. (17:00). Drink for at least one month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose!
