1 capsule contains: active ingredient - Aquamin TG (seaweed minerals, min. 30% calcium) 300 mg, active ingredient - inulin 185 mg, active ingredient - Aerosil 200 pharma (silica) 10 mg, anti-caking agent - magnesium stearate 5 mg, capsule - gelatin, titanium dioxide 100 mg.

Dosage:
Children from 3 years of age 2 times a day 1 capsule, adults 3 times a day 1 capsule. Maximum daily dose for children 2 capsules, for adults 3 capsules

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat or drink any beverages except plain water. Take the capsules with a large amount of liquid.

Additional Information:
Store at room temperature and in a dry place. Use within three months of opening. Close the container tightly after removing the required amount.
