Ingredients:
20% ethanol, mixture of plant macerates: horsetail - inflorescence (Equisetum arvense), daisy - flower (Bellis perennis).

Dosage:
Adults 2 times a day 10 drops, unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
