Dosage:
Place 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal blend in 750 ml of boiling water.
Drink daily for 3 weeks followed by a week's break. You can repeat the whole process 3 times.

Recommendations:

1. Preparation: Put 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into 750 ml of boiling water, boil for 2-3 minutes and strain immediately. Alternatively, pour 2-3 teaspoons of the herbal mixture into a 750 ml container, cover with boiling water, cover the container and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
