Ingredients: in 50 ml: 20% ethanol - 40 ml; mixture of herbal macerates in 20% ethanol - 10 ml, of which valerian - root (Valeriana officinalis) - 75%, viola tricolor - inflorescence (Viola tricolor) - 8.33%, benedictine - inflorescence (Cnicus benedictus) - 8.33%, burdock - inflorescence (Agrimonia eupatoria) - 8.33%.

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke, do not drink any beverages except pure water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.

Storage
