Ingredients:
20% ethanol, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), biotin, extracts from plants: lavender - flower (Lavandula angustifolia), contryhella - inflorescence (Aichemilla vulgaris), common yarrow - inflorescence (Origanum vulgare), hops - cone (Humulus lupulus).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. 
If taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, a 1-5 minute pause should be observed between uses.
