Ingredients:
20% ethanol - 47.5 ml; mixture of plant macerates in 20% ethanol - 2.5 ml, of which lime - flower (Tilia cordata) - 25%, elder - flower (Sambucus nigra) - 25%, horsetail - nasturtium (Equisetum arvense) - 25%, common yarrow - nasturtium (Origanum vulgare) - 25%; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) - 21 mg.

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke , do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.

Storage
