in 50 ml: 20% ethanol - 40 ml; mixture of herbal macerates in 20% ethanol - 10 ml, of which St. John's wort - inflorescence (Thymus vulgaris) - 75%, plantain - leaf (Plantago lanceolata) - 12.5%, stinging nettle - inflorescence (Urtica dioica) - 12.5%; selenium (sodium selenite pentahydrate) - 825 ?g.

Dosage:
Adults 2 times a day 10 drops, unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
