Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: raspberry - leaf (Rubus idaeus), hops - cone (Humulus lupulus), coriander - fruit (Coriandrum sativum), linden - flower (Tilia cordata), nettle - stem (Urtica dioica).

Dosage:
Adults: 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke , do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
