Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates, of which: hops - cone (Humulus lupulus), plantain - leaf (Plantago lanceolata), meadow clover - flower (Trifolium pratense), strawberry - leaf (Fragaria vesca), common yarrow - inflorescence (Origanum vulgare).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke , do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
