Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: fennel - fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), hops - cone (Humulus lupulus), horsetail - stem (Equisetum arvense), milk thistle - fruit (Silybum marianum), St. John's wort - stem (Hypericum perforatum).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
