METHOD OF USE AND DOSAGE:
Dissolve the powder in approximately 2 dcl of hot or cold water and drink with meals, ideally as a hot drink with breakfast between 7am and 9am. The recommended daily dose is 4 g once a day. Children aged 3 to 12 years take half the dose. Can be taken long-term. Do not exceed the recommended daily use.

INGREDIENTS:
Coix lacryma-jobi seed extract 90%, Astragalus membranaceus root extract 10%.

NOTES:
The product is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Consult your physician for use during pregnancy and lactation. Dietary supplements are not intended for use as a substitute for a varied diet.

METHOD OF STORAGE:
Store in a dry place, out of direct sunlight, at a temperature of 10 - 25 °C. Protect from frost. Keep out of reach of children.
