Ingredients:
20% ethanol, mixture of herbal macerates, of which: oats - inflorescence (Avena sativa), caraway - fruit (Carum carvi), St. John's wort - inflorescence (Hypericum perforatum), lemon balm - inflorescence (Melisa officinalis), sage - leaf (Salvia officinalis).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, do not smoke , do not drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
