Ingredients:
In 50 ml: 20% ethanol - 40 ml; mixture of plant macerates in 20% ethanol - 10 ml, of which plantain - leaf (Plantago lanceolata) - 75%, nettle - leaf (Urtica dioica) - 12.5%, garlic - bulb (Allium sativum) - 12.5%; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) - 14 mg.

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily, unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.

Storage

Therefore, do not store it within five centimetres of a microwave oven, refrigerator, television, mobile phone, etc. Close the container tightly after removing the required amount.
