METHODS OF USE

Inhalation: 2-3 drops in a diffuser or vaporizer.
Massage and skin application: 4-6 drops mixed with 20 ml of vegetable oil.
Baths: the essence should always be first mixed in an emulsifier (vegetable oil, high percentage cream or any of the Pentagram® therapeutic creams) and then added to water. To increase the effect, it can be enriched with Biotermal bath salt. Bath time 20 minutes.
-Dosage for full-body baths: 3-4 drops mixed with 20 ml of oil, 150 ml of cream or 1 tablespoon of therapeutic cream. Add to a bath of warm water.
-Dosage for foot baths: 2-5 drops mixed with 15 ml of oil, 75 ml of cream or 1 heaped teaspoon of therapeutic cream. Add to a container of warm water, which should be enough to reach above the ankles. The bath works over the reflective areas and points on the feet.
