20% ethanol - 40 ml; Mixture of plant macerates in 20% ethanol - 10 ml, of which rose of the valley - flower (Rosa centifolia) - 75%, willow - inflorescence (Epilobium parviflorum) - 6.25%, tolice alfalfa - inflorescence (Medicago sativa) - 6.25%, lemon balm - inflorescence (Mellisa officinalis) - 6.25%, fir tree - flower (Aesculus hippocastanum) - 6.25%

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Use:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke, drink any beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
