Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: lavender - flower (Lavandula angustifolia), calendula - flower (Calendula officinalis), chamomile - flower (Matricaria recutita), valerian - root (Valeriana officinalis), heather - stem (Calluna vulgaris) Hull).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use, do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
