Ingredients:
20% ethanol, a mixture of plant macerates: madder fir - flower (Aesculus hippocastanum), goldenrod - stem (Solidago virgaurea), hops - cone (Humulus lupulus), arnica - flower (Arnica montana), yellow gentian - root (Gentiana lutea).

Dosage:
Adults 10 drops twice daily unless otherwise recommended.

Usage:
20 minutes before and after use do not eat, smoke , drink no beverages except plain water. 
If you are taking more than one Joalis product at the same time, you must pause for 1 - 5 minutes between uses.
